To ensure longevity, always keep your natural grass broom dry and away from moisture. Store it in an upright position in a well-ventilated area. This helps maintain its shape and cleaning effectiveness for longer.
Q3: How do I care for my cotton mop?
After use, ensure all excess water is wrung out completely. To prevent mildew and odors, sun-dry your mop head thoroughly every alternate day. Proper drying is the key to a fresh and durable mop.
Q4: Are UMD products safe for all floor types?
Yes! Our natural grass brooms and cotton mops are gentle yet effective and perfectly safe for all floor types, including marble, vitrified tiles, granite, and wooden floors.
Q5: Do the natural grass brooms shed?
Yes, it is normal for natural grass brooms to shed minimally during the first few uses. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the broom's performance. The shedding will stop after this brief initial period.

Q1: How long does shipping take?
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times thereafter depend on your location and our courier partner's schedule. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We deliver to almost all cities across India through our network of trusted courier partners.

Q2: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We are working to bring this feature to you as soon as possible to make your UMD experience even more convenient.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Q1: What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for wrong, damaged, or defective items. However, due to hygiene reasons, all brushes, brooms, and mop heads are final sale and non-returnable. Q2: Why do I need to provide an unboxing video for a return?
The single-take unboxing video is required to protect both you and us. It provides clear, immediate evidence of the product's condition upon delivery, allowing us to quickly validate your claim and initiate a refund without delay, ensuring a fair process for everyone.
Q3: How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
