Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Enrollment & Account Approval

Registration as an Affiliate is open to all registered users of umdmops.in. However, registration is subject to review and approval by Uma Daivaana Traders, which may be granted or withheld at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. Your account may be activated upon registration, but we may suspend or terminate it at any time if you are found in violation of this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Uma Daivaana Traders. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

3. Commission Structure & Calculation

• Rate: Commissions are earned at a fixed rate of 10% of the Net Sale Value. Net Sale Value is defined as the total order amount minus any taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and refunded amounts.
• Eligibility: Commissions are earned only on orders that are:
  • Placed by a customer who clicks your unique affiliate tracking link.
  • Confirmed, delivered, and past the 7-day return period (as per our Return Policy).
  • Not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
• Changes: Uma Daivaana Traders reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the commission structure, payment schedules, and any other Program feature at any time, without prior notice.

4. Referral Tracking & Cookie Duration

We use cookies to track referrals. The referral cookie duration is set to persist indefinitely unless the customer clears their browser cookies. Commissions will only be attributed to you for sales where the cookie is present and valid at the time of purchase.

5. Prohibited Activities & Malpractice ("Grounds for Termination")

Your affiliate rights and access may be immediately and permanently revoked, and all pending commissions forfeited, if you engage in any activity we deem harmful or fraudulent, including but not limited to:

• Spamming: Unsolicited bulk email (spam), comment spam, or SMS spam.
• Unauthorized Advertising: Bid on or use our trademarked terms (e.g., "UMD," "Umayal Daivaanai") in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) without prior written consent.
• Misleading Claims: Making false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about UMD products.
• Fraud: Generating self-referrals, using VPNs or deceptive practices to mask traffic origin, or any form of click or conversion fraud.
• Promotion on Prohibited Sites: Promoting your affiliate link on websites containing adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or any material that harms our brand reputation.

Any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Payouts & Payment Terms

• Minimum Payout: The minimum threshold for any payout is ₹100.
• Payment Schedule: Automatic payouts for approved commissions exceeding ₹100 are processed every 7 days.
• Manual Requests: Affiliates may request a manual payout for their approved and eligible balance (≥₹100) between automatic cycles. Such requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• Payment Method: All payouts are made exclusively via UPI.
• Affiliate Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining correct UPI details (a UPI ID linked to an active, UPI-enabled mobile number). We are not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect UPI ID provided by you. Any transaction fees incurred due to failed transfers caused by your incorrect information will be deducted from your affiliate balance.
• Failed Transfers: In case of a failed UPI transfer due to technical reasons, we will reattempt the transfer on the next working day. For failures due to incorrect details, we will notify you via email/mobile, and payment will be held until correct details are provided.

7. Order Returns & Refunds

If a customer returns a product for which you earned a commission, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your future earnings. Commissions are only final after the return period (7 days from delivery) has passed.

8. Program Changes & Termination

Uma Daivaana Traders reserves the right to modify any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and branding.

Payout on Termination: Provided your account is in good standing, all eligible and approved commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uma Daivaana Traders will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program or your participation in it. Our total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
